A little while ago I asked for suggestions for a name for my(nameless) Teddy Bear(80 odd years old)
I have now decided on SMARTIE PANTS
Why?
Smartie from a suggestion by SARA, (please come forward and claim your prize,)
AND
Pants,because during(and after) WW2 he was saved(and saved me) by the seat of my pants!

Now,any suggestion as to a prize?

Lawyers don't seem to be bothered about about spelling (or species) differences, Mr V ;-)

McVities' legal team sued Asda for selling 'Puffin' biscuits which were remarkably similar to their own 'Penguin' product. (OK, they lost, but you never know when lawyers might 'try it on'!)
