Cleaning swing cover

I have a garden swing (one of those 3 seater types). The cover ( a black, strong cloth - not sure what the material is ) has got a greenish powdery sort of gunk on it. Any ideas on best way to clean it, please?

That's mildew and litchen ..

Try bathroom cleaner and washing/scrubbing off.
Or pressure wash clean it.
