is it me or do you think some of the people who answer on here have never walked down the road in the real world.
they can give a link from a paper site or website, they can quote figures and there spelling is correct but you think to yourself in the real world no one bothers or that does not happen.
is it because i come from a working class multiracial area and know people who fiddle the system that i view things differently.
do you think that there are alot of people who live in the cardboard cut out world ?

you sign a form to state that you are single to get the council tax discount.
you have another form to sign to say who lives at the property and can vote.
if you were going to fiddle one you would be daft to be honest on the other form ?

The job centre are crap.
I signed on in July 2007 when my Dad was given 6 months to live. I sighed off in March 2008 after he died and I got another job.
I get a phone call in Jan 2010 asking me to go in for a review. I asked why and was told that if I didn't it could effect my benefits.......
but I don't receive any benefits....
don't you...
no...
Hold on...No you don't but it might be best for you to come in anyway...
why...
In case you claim benefits in the future....
I have no intention to.....
You should still come in...
No..bye.

sara it was to do with his pension
people will wonder why did he not rent a place , he did at one time , he worked 12 hour shifts, he would leave at just past 5am in the morning to get to work, he worked 6am -6pm day shift and 6pm -6am night shft.
the local thugs knew the flat was empty and broke in around 3 times , they stripped his place bare. they even took his mug and toothbrush. he would sleep on are bare floor with no heating.
the council offered him another fat but in just a similar place if not worse so one day he went to work and he never left
and that is a true story ,
