How do i upload my avatar

i have registered on gravatar and uploaded a pic onto there but how do i get it onto AB?

have you clicked the link at the top of the page? it gives you all the info you need

check your proflle on AB and make sure the picture's active, if it says your avatar is not active, tick the box and then go to the bottom and click submit. You can have to wait a few minutes before it works, keep pressing Ctrl & F5 and it should work.

Your avatar is linked to your email address. If you didn't use the same address on the Gravatar site as you did when you registered with AB, it won't appear here.

You then need to activate your avatar, following the Ed's instructions from the link at the top of this page. (The instructions are in the first 'answer', rather than in the 'question').

looks like i´m stuck with my avatar, i´ve followed all the advice, keep pressing ctrl & f5, but nothing happens. it says the avatar is still active, and something to do with default, will this affect it. i´ve also pressed the submit. still nothing!!

Go to your 'Profile', then edit, then click on the box at the top, where your avatar is shown, it should then deactivate it.

I think you could be right! Try asking the Ed on his blog. If he doesn't know, no-one does.

No change there then! He'll be along later, he usually is.

Piggy are you changing the avatar to a new one (by picking a new one on Gravatar) or just trying to go back to the blobbies? if it's just deactivating then you need to de-tick the active box then click submit at the very bottom of the page to change your profile. Should work.... then c/f5 after a few mins. My last change was almost immediate.
