We've just bought a new George Foreman grill with removable plates. Can anyone suggest some good things to cook on the grill apart from the usual sausages, burgers etc? I'm lacking imagination and the booklet that came with the grill is next to useless in giving ideas.

Buy a fabulous book called "Barbecue" by Eric Treuille - Even tells you what to do if it rains and preperation in advance! Great book Happy BBQ's!!
I forgot to add that Eric Treuille also wrote two other great books "Pasta" and "Canapes" Get them on Amazon, they're all really good..

I was going to put what's mercia's put, we have a large flatbed grill and we do loads of things on it, including the full English breakfast!
Any food you want to be dry and tasteless.
