Has anyone been? What was it like? Is it just a load of morris dancers and a guy in a suit trying to feel up women? Is there anything else to do except be ripped off by Rick Stein?

just for the record i went the day before mayday to padstow and the locals werent very friendly or welcoming to outsiders even though I am from cornwall so even though I was booked to stay 3 nights a left within a couple of hours I didnt fancy staying. If they dont want my money I dont mind spending it somewhere else like looe they are really friendly there.
We have a neighbour who is a street entertainer, he came home with his face painted half white and half black and a hat with feathers and stuff sticking out of it at Easter. Haven't had chance to talk to him he seems to work odd hours.
