I still have the charcoal barbecue and I don't believe in these gas ones .You may as well just cook on the inside cooker as it's not the same.The only thing the gas ones are any good for is you don't have the mess but that's the fun of a barbecue.What is your opinion?
Have you tried using the foil trays - they stop the black bits spoiling the sausages and burgers but they still cook through. Best thing since sliced bread.
