Went ok, they didnt really ask alot but have said that they are holding 2nd interviews next week.

I think it went fine, there wernt any questions I was stumped on and again i answered alot of hers before she could ask me. It looks a very nice place to work for too. Just wondering what 2nd interviews may be.

The second round is usually when they call back just a few people, even a couple, if there are close contenders. If they want you to do any practical tests or anything they would (should) let you know.

second interviews in large companies would possibly group activities but not sure what they would involve in a smaller environmentt, perhaps ability tests and key skills assessment?

there are about 6 people work there. she did say 2nd interview would be with her again and the 2 directors, as I said she didnt ask many questions just what I did in my last job. She never even asked 'why o you want this job' or 'what are your strengths?' etc and I had all the answers ready :-(
