That's how I interpreted it anyway... I don't really see what the fuss is about. It's Frankie Boyle - esq but without the intelligence so it doesn't work.

One of the comments made echoed my thoughts.........
Danny Dyer has lent his name and his photograph to a column which is to be written in a 'cockernee geezer stylee'..........he probably *never* sees the content before it is published.
Someone has obviously written these words; whether they were actually intended for publication is moot.............but I seriously doubt DD had anything to do with it.

The problem is that it is a "joke" - you know, except in the sense that it isn't funny?
To quote from a blog I like:
Danny Dyer is not Al Murray the pub landlord, and he was not casually repeating stereotypes about the occupants of another country. Danny Dyer is not well established in the public consciousness as a comic character. Well, maybe he sort of is, but not deliberately. He’s not a fictitious construct. He’s a real person with real opinions, and when there’s absolutely nothing in any of the surrounding context of this remark to suggest humour or ribaldry, you can’t shrug it off with claims of “just a joke”.
