Help! mobile phone LG KC910 (think also called Renoir)
3 Answers
I've got a touch screen mobile LG KC910 and thought I was being clever by putting the phone in my bra whilst dancing so as not to lose or drop it, the screen was against my skin. With the dancing making me hot, the screen got hot and now I think there is some condensation inside it and now it won't let me use the touch screen and I cant access anything, as there's no other way of using it. I've received messages and don't know who they're from to read or answer them. I can't access my address book or anything to contact anyone to let them know. I've tried drying it out by putting in on top of radiator today but that hasn't worked. I need to contact people to let them know and to read my texts received. I'm with ORANGE network (contract), can anyone suggest either how to fix my phone or if there is a way to read my messages thru Orange website. I'm not registered with them online and when I tried to register with them it said it will send me a text with a passcode to access the website, but I can't open any texts!! HELP please with any suggestions. And yes I know one suggestion would be don't put it in my bra again.

Send me the phone to fiddle with : )
Messages/etc are on the SIM. Take sim out and put on another (unlocked if necessary) mobile to read.
I don't think you can read SMS messages on their site.
In the interim, take the battery out and back off. Place face down in warm place for a day or so. Try again.
Common issue, sorry : )
