can i contest a personnal guarantee for a business loan my ex-husband took out for his business. i apparently signed this but was unaware of what i signed and the implications. my home has been repossessed as the bank took a charging order on it

speak to citizens advice or a solicitor though it sound sound as if youve left it rather late.
It might be worth reporting to AB the technical problem that seems to have prevented you putting the question in the right box. What browser are you using?
If the home has already been repossessed you have probably left it too late. However, there are rules which banks are supposed to see are followed in cases like yours, to ensure that the spouse/partner who is giving the guarantee has independent legal advice and properly understands what they are signing.

If this did not happen, you may have a case against the bank for compensation. You really should get some legal advice to find out what you can do.
