What is the best pain killer to take when you have had a big deep filling after a broken tooth, now the feeling has come back in my mouth im in quite a bit of pain and paracetamol dosnt help. Thanks

Cramp in lower legs. Is there anything to take to alleviate the pain of cramp?

I can vouch for `Orajel` to numb tooth pain after fillings from Chemists.

even better, paracetamol with codeine (co-codamol) alternated with ibruprofen and using sore mouth gel of some kind too. feel better soon :)
