If you mean the music when he was walking through the shopping mall and also when he was eating with the family it's Recuerdos de la Alhambra (the old theme tune to Jack Hargreaves' 'Out of Town' TV programme). The excellent slow version in the Hong Kong programme appears to be by Mike Oldfield (Recuerdos de la Alhambra (Tárrega) / Étude (Mike Oldfield))
