passing out

ive recently had a big shock and when i think of it and the impact i feel like passing out, it comes and goes but when it does come it seems to hit me like a brick wall. have you ever had this happen to you and if so how do you deal with it/stop it happening?

I think it would depend on what is causing such an effect..

certainly a response to extreme anxiety of some sort, as chris is suggesting. you should go and see your gp if it continues as it will require some treatment (e.g. meds, therapy, mental health support for example). if it continues for long periods of time, it may well become more difficult to sort out. good luck and make sure you take care of yourself x
