My friend runs a childcare business from home - to increase business we are looking to do a leaflet drop advertising her services in the local area - is this legal or should we get permission from someone first??
Thanks

its legal, i did it for my handbag business, didnt ask anyone's permission, nothing happened
also your friend must be ofsted registered first otherwise it is illegal to take care of children at home that are not urs
unless those children are over the age of 8
hi its not ilegal as long as nobody drops the leaflets .a few years ago people used to put leaflets under your car wipers ..not no more cos if people throw them on the floor and theirs a few found the council issue a clean up fine
could you come here homelover and let the wiper droppers know that?
Oh and the fast food leaflet people to, they continuously drop their damned leaflets on the floor (as well as in letter boxes), grrr
