It seems that theses days when buying a new computer they load the Windows Vista/7 etc programme on but never supply the Disk. I bought a new one with Vista on 6 months ago and want to change to Windows 7, but if I don't like it how can I go back to Vista, should my supplier send me a Vista Disk?

The vista computer would have been supplied with one of two options.

it will either have a utility on the hard drive that allows you to create a set of recovery disks to enable you to take it back to factory settings.

or

it will have a hidden area on the hard drive that will allow you to reinstall vista direct from it to, again, take your computer back to how you bought it.
