What happens with regard to shadow ministers in the new government, Will there be one representing both governing parties. What happens if there is disagreement between Tories and Lib Dems in any particular dept. I know i have not phrased this clearly but I hope you get the question

The government (Con/Lib coalition) will have the relative ministers, the official opposition, Labour, will have the shadow ministers
