I know everyone has cramp at some time or another, but I get cramp in all parts of my body, e.g. back muscles, neck muscles, arms, toes and feet, hands. Not all at once of course, but it really is painful and sometimes quite a problem, as it tends to linger for quite some time. For instance, I've had cramp in my left foot all day today and I can't get rid of it. Does anyone else have severe cramp like this and is there any treatment for it?

Need to speak to your doctor Clarionx
I had radiotherapy on my neck in 2006 and now get cramp in my neck regularly.
I've learnt to live with it, but the only way I can get rid of it is to stretch my head right back... and it looks really wierd, especially when I'm at a shop counter getting served which has happened!

*Weird.*
Hate spelling things wrong!
I still would go to the GP clarion, you might not like them but there are times when you need get some help. I get cramp in my calves but it only hurts for a few minutes and doesn't linger. You might find you'd benefit from an MoT!
I get cramp in neck but get i alot in my legs. Bloody hurts!!
I know, so painful. Apparently it could be due to dehydration, so lots of water clarion.
Boxtops is right
Besides going to the docs drink tonic water as the quinine in it helps with cramp
