I know that yellow is testicular cancer, pink is breast cancer & white is Make Poverty History but does anyone know any others? In particular Multiple Sclerosis?

I am 13 yrs old. And all my mates have these bands. And i have heard that you are buying them from america. Can i ask, how did you pay for them, as you livein the uk just like me. Also i saw this women is buying one of you. Would it be possible if I can buy some of you, what is the maximum i can buy of you if so?! Please answer me back as soon as possible.

I have the beat bullying wristband which is blue and was available from www.bbc.co.uk/radio1 and i have a lance armstrong one, the yellow one which are available from a site www.wearyellow.com and the make poverty history ones are available from www.makepovertyhistory.com i am after a green army writband but i don't know where to get them from and i want a pink breast cancer one! Also a red one for aids! sorry to write so much but does anyone know where to get them from? In english currency not dollars? lol!

Tiggster, I happened upon this thread in a Google search. I just wanted to let you know that wristbands sold on lifebracelets.com do not guarantee a donation to an MS organization. If you read the FAQ on the lifebracelets site, it will tell you they are a for-profit company which sometimes makes donations to charitable organizations related to multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, and cancer.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society does sell red Bands of Hope for $1 in the United States, and the proceeds go directly to research and services for people with MS. You can contact the organization at www.nationalmssociety.org.

ok then well thanx 4 tht! i wil luk in2 tht site! i got a breastcancer wristbands from www.breastcancercare.org.uk but u can only buy a minimum of 5! oh and just thawt id let u no tht wristbands are sold in solihull in smart ideas in touchwood - thts ware i got my tsunami releif 1 from for �2.50 but any1 know ware 2 get a green 1 or red?

hiya im new here but i was searching for wristbands and this site came up because of this thread, i have a bullying one and a make poverty history one, i borrow my dad's livestrong one too hehehe, but i would love to know if any of you know where i can get any of the other bands besides that lifebracelets website

On GMTV on 20/04 it states that the Orange MS wristband is the US one and green is the colour for MS UK.  You can get it from MS ResourceCentre website

  My MS band is green and I got it from a great charity,  msrc.co.uk .  Its a selp help support  and information charity that has really helped me.

yellow - cancer, blue - anti-bullying, white - poverty, white/black - anti-racism, green - NSPCC, orange - MS (altough i think the USA do a red one too), purple - animal rescue, another orange (says hope and faith) - leukemia/melanoma, grey - asthma/diabetes, red - AIDS, blue/white - tsunami relief. there are loads more. just go on to ebay and it has them all.
