Shut down programme for a laptop?

Is there a program that will shut down my laptop down for me at a given time. I often use my laptop in bed browsing and listening to music, I would like to set the laptop so it will turn itself off after about an hour. TIA

Because I had no idea you could use that Chuckfickens, I will take a look now.

I have set the option to sleep after 1 hour, So even if the laptop is playing music will it shut down 1 hour after i haven't either pressed a key, or used the mouse?
