Where do you turn?

When you hit rock bottom and have nowhere to go, what do you do? Samaritans only listen, friends struggle and you don`t want to burden your children. Its a catch 22 sort of situation isn`t it? Maybe tomorrow will bring some light.

When you are that low sometimes it is the strangest things that give you a lifeline.....If you have a garden perhaps you might like try a little thing I have found helpful..... write down your feelings good and bad and burn the paper keep the ashes dig a small hole put the ashes on the bottom fill it back up and sow some seeds on top and just promise yourself you will hold on to see them flower. Night scented stock is good because it grows really quickly. by watching them grow you take on some of the positive energy. you may find some of the plants grow badly they are feeding on the negative thoughts pull them up and throw them away because by then you will be ready to do this.... sounds like complete rubbish I know . But may work for you if you don't have a garden a pot on a window sill will do I hope you feel better today
Remind yourself that you're are bound to have bad days/weeks. You spend a life time with someone and the pain of losing them is never to going to go away.
I came to the conclusion that at these bad times it was better to go along with it. Your mind and your heart are still dealing with your grief....so let the grief come out.
When I felt really down I use to put the headphones on (still do sometimes) and listen to all my Dad's favourite songs....and cry my heart out until there were tears left. Just getting it out of my system made me feel better. Until the next time.
I agree with the others...I'm sure your kids wouldn't see it as a burden. I'm sure they would hate to think that their mother was going through this on her own. Talk to them Mamy xxx
