Amcap - huge file sizes

I have a webcam on PC and made a 35 sec video clip to post on YouTube. Was shocked to see the file size was 160mb! These are just standard wmv files - why so big and how do I compress?

The application used to capture is Amcap.

Amcap doesn't seem to have great reviews but AVC should fix your problem:
