Ebay, getting payment from paypal....

I have sold lots of things on ebay and usually the payment is in my paypal account automatically. Just sold an item and the buyer says they have paid but it is not appearing. On "My ebay" it has a link "Claim Payment" along side the item, I did that and followed the link, it wanted to create a new account but I managed to log into my existsing acccount, still no joy. This has never happenned before, I've never had to "claim Payment". Anyone with more experience explain what's happenning here and why I suddenly need to "Claim Payment". Thanks

That's a strange one. Don't know the answer but you might be better going on the Ebay community boards. I've always got an answer pretty quickly to something like that.

both paypal and ebay are really good at answering your queries. I would send them an email, and I'm sure they'll reply quickly. They always have with me :)
