Who thinks the RBS should have a name change.

Just watching the grand prix and i see the RBS Royal bank of Scotland are still sponsors of a few teams, as this bank still owes british tax payers billions of £££££sss who feels its name should be changed to the RBB Royal bank of Britain as it seems scotland gets all the free advertising that the name of this British tax payer owned bank provides.
Is it the case that England gives and Scotland takes as normal ?
