Flight from Manchester to Ibiza...12 women on a "hen party" all had pink Stetsons draped with silver tinsel, except the bride to be who had a coronet and a wedding veil. T-shirts with silver tinsel around their necks and their names emblazoned in large red letters. Noisy, p1ssed "out of their heads at midday. Sorry Ibiza.

Flight Manchester to Menorca...woman changed her babies nappy in the isle of the flight.

Really really difficult to know what to do on a flight if a babe needs a clean nappy. You can hardly use the loos. There is no space and there is no way I would use the loo floor.

The only place you can use is the seat. However, if someone is eating next to you then I think it is essential that you wait until they have finished.

Lofty....when a baby needs his/her nappy changing, he/she smells.......so waiting just prolongs the agony. Why is the loo too small in a plane?
Sqad, have you ever tried changing a babe's nappy in a plane lo:. Where do you put the baby for a start. It's bad enough trying to go to the loo, especially when it's a bumpy ride and as for the Mile High Club.........................
I suppose the best thing is not to travel with babies unless really essential. Certainly not worth taking babies that young on holidays abroad!!
Question Author
lofty....when we had babies, we couldn't afford to travel by plane.
No, I have never changed a baby's nappy in a plane, but can't you put the seat down and lay the baby on the top?
The child in question (although I described it as a baby in my post) was actually a toddler.

Mile High Club.....now you are talking "our" language Lofty.
I would never lay a baby down on a toilet seat Sqad, and where in here can you change a baby!

Mile High Club - no thanks, I do like somewhere a little more hygienic!!;o)
Question Author
lofty.....you could put the seat down first as I suggested, but I suppose the other alternative is to put him/her/it into the toilet.......LOL

Lofty I wasn't suggesting that members of the Mile High Club met in the toilet.
