Arrrggggghhhhhhhh!!

I stupidly just went on facebook and he(the recent ex) was online and It's just struck me that I'm in a very angry stage with him right now!
For someone who "still loves me, he's been a bit of an inconsiderate, stubborn pr*ck that he can't even say hi or ask how I am!.
Arghhhh!!!! I really wanna text him having a rant but deep down I don't think that's gonna do me any good so I came on here instead for a rant (sorry all)...What should I do? :(

You'll get there in your own time Suezy. My Daughter was blissfully happy with her OH. He wanted to go home and visit his parents. One of their daughter was only 2 weeks old. He went back to the caribbean and spent the whole time having it away with his ex. My Daughter is now left, not only on her own, but bringing up 3 children , all under the age of six. Life is a bitch, but it can always be worse. If she can cope so can you xxxx

she's getting there Suezy but it's taken about 16 months to do that...Just keep the faith and you'll get there too. Friends and Family and of course, here, are important.
