Premature quiting time?

Me and my buddy were doing some parging in Whitby; we decided to quit for three reasons:
1. It started to drizzle.
2. We ran out of material (we could have bought some more).
3. It was bar opening time.
Which of the above three was the most desisive factor in our quiting work?:)

From the little I know of the building trade (I pay others to do my manual labour don't you know old chap) I would say Option 1 was used as the excuse, but options 2 and 3 were the overiding reason. And if option 3 didn't factor at all then i'm most disappointed
