Hi, i took on my daughters female cat she hasn`t been spade but i think she could be pregnant as noramly she is up and about and generally making a nuisance of herself, but tody she is mainly asleep and not doing much, could it be a sign of her being pregnant? there has been a tom cat which we havent seen before in the garden every day lately too.
Keep an eye on her as if she hasn't been done then it's entirely possible.
It has been so hot though and I haven't seen much movement out of either of my two today and if either of them is with kitten I'm suing the vet haha :)
If she hasn't been neutered she should be unless she is a pedigree that you intend to breed from, Even if she is preggers a vet can stil do this if it is early enough,
If it helps there are a group of charities including the cats protection league who can provide help towards the cost or local vets may be part of the joint charities scheme.
