hii could you pls tell me?? my house is on my wife name and i m in dept very big style only option for me to do bankrupt
if i bankrupt my name even house is on my wife name
will my bankrupt gonna effect the house we live in???

Don`t think a spouse is liable for partner`s debts but only my amateur opinion. I`m sure you`ll get an expert answer for you question

You will probably be regarded as having a "beneficial interest" in the house & the receiver might then take the power to sell it.
