Cattle next to my house

A farmer has started rearing cattle in a grain store that is attached to my house.
The potential health hazards from animals standing in their own droppings only a few feet from my doors and windows is causing great stress.
Is there any law that can prevent this?

You should contact your local environmental health officer and ask for a meeting.

Contact your local Enviornmental Health Department for advice. You will probably have many, many flies attracted to the manure and there are health risks from the dust generated by cattle and bedding.

As above, I'd try Environmental Health but also check with planning just in case there are any restrictions on any planning in place such as not being able to keep livestock so close to a residential properly.
