Virgin e.mail 'update'!

Still having loads of trouble with this, as mentioned in Technology yesterday. I can now get my home page on Virgin e.mail but the font is so tiny it is impossible to read (even with a magnifying glass!!) Their 'help'page is neither use nor ornament, it can't recognize the question. Please does anyone know how I can maximise it. Can I get rid of the whole thing and just use Outlook Express, never had any trouble with that (touch wood) I am with Mozilla but am able to access V.Media a bit better with I.E but would like to stay with Mozilla. TIA rosy

Eeh thanks Chuck lad, thaars a star! Have managed to connect to O.E after 45mins on the phone, things still running slowly but at least I can read my mail! Thanks again rosy
