Does anyone know where to buy Belly of Pork with a THICK layer of FAT.The poor unfortunate creatures that are being bred today don't really get the chance to put on any fat before they are whisked away for slaughter..Consequently pork lovers end up with meat that hardly has any flavour to it.We need FAT for flavour..can someone please help.
Thanks to all of you who answered,I've found a local farmers market in Crews Hill,which takes place the last Thursday in every month, so with crossed fingers,I'll definately be having a look.Happy eating everyone..I know what you mean Loftylotty,my cholesterol is up a bit,but crossing the roads at my age is dangerous too....sooooo
