What is the piece of music the BBC use in a trailer for their programs? I think the song is a jazz version of 'Sway'!

If you mean the "Rush Hour" promo (bloke jumping off rooftops), then yes, it's a montage of two versions of "Sway", one by DeanMartin, the other by Julie London, mixed by The Rip-Off Artist. You may think it's a bit silly jumping across rooftops just to get home in time to see EastEnders, but that strikes me as pretty sane compared to voluntarily calling yourself "The Rip-Off Artist". Still, there's your answer.
