Lots of monsters in canvey island....try going out on a Friday night
I beleive that was old Roasty Lil from Harlow-On-Sea. She could often be seen running very fast backwards along the esplanade to catch up with the herring shoal. On numerous occassions she had been heard to be shouting 'Smedger' at the top of her voice at local bystanders. Unfortuantely Elton John declined to take part in this interview so we found no other alternative than to release the Kraken.
They can't be locals. We Southender's can recognise Canvey Islanders by the webbed toes and banjo playing. There's no mention of either in the report.
Can I have my apostrophe back, please?
