ANY TIPS? Have got a house viewer coming round for a second visit...

Had a lady view my house on Saturday and is very interested and wants to come back tonight for another viewing. Any tips? Do I show her around the house exactly how I did at the weekend, or cut out showing storage cupboards etc this time? Have got fresh flowers !! Thanks

vanilla pod in the microwave on low setting gives a soft home baking smell
De-personalise..... hide family photos etc this makes the house neutral rather than yours, the trick is to make the buyer see the place as theirs.... Lay the dining table with your best place sttings and sparkling glassware and put clean fresh fluffy towels in the bathroom and hide the personal stuff like toothbrushes etc put a bar of expensive loooking soap on the side Sister was estate agent, she went to houses before buyers turned up and tweaked like crazy not a full house doctor but it was very effective
