HDD - software can't find music

I have just bought a Phillips DMM HDD. When I run the software to find my library of music it says that there are no tracks. This is despite the fact that I have got a number of tracks in the relevant file.


Any ideas?

ok, what file format are the tracks in and what program you using for a start, is this hard drive u mention one of these new kind of network file storage devices?
