Help! Going to make a tirimisu, was going to buy coffee liqueur as per recipe, but this was really expensive in the shop so I opted for marsala wine (some recipes say this or brandy) but I've bought 'dry' by mistake. Can I still use it for tirimisu?!

yes, you can always sweeten the cream instead

Thank you, someone suggested adding a teaspoon of vanilla essence to the marsala wine to sweeten it up, and I'll use a little in the cream too. Cheers.
