I can only find Oasis FM, which is an English radio station on Tenerife. Perhaps someone else knows better.

96.6 Herts Mercury 96.6 FM

Started broadcasting on 22 October 1994. Originally called Oasis (and part of the Essex Radio Group) the station changed name to the imaginative "96.6 FM" for a while.

Many Thanks Emeritus, I'll give that dial a whirl...and also check out the Essex Radio Group too!
