I just realsied that someone I know, and a friend on facebook is now the mayor!

I saw some thing mentioning it, posted by his wife and i was confused, so i asked my mum and she was like 'yeah he was made mayor on Thursday' !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Mum had the Mayor at her wedding, minus regalia of course. they are just ordinary people like you or me. It's no big deal, and it's only for a year anyway, then they go back to being ordinary joe bloggs.......
