taxi from Fuerteventura Airport

Hi - a friend is going to Fuerteventura next week and staying in Corralejo. I was there a few years back and am pretty certain we just used a taxi to/from the airport and it was not too expensive. Can anyone advise if this is the case. Would they just pick up at the airport or better booking in advance? many thanks

The official airport website quotes the fare to Corralejo as €44 (from 0600 to 2200) or €49 (2200 to 0600 and all day on public holidays):
