rumour has it that after sailing the seven seas braving a storm and just missing somali and israeli pirates he was stopped on the kennet and avon canal.
a coast guard frigate stopped his boat and all the rock he was brining back as presents for us abers has been seized.
the rock was seized under an old bylaw
the 1884, rock and nice sticky sweet act, act 3, paragraph 4,
a , no vessel shall have more than 50 bars of rock
e, unless under the pulling power of one horse
g, section a, no sails may be used
s, one bar of rock must be left at each lock keepers house
s, part a, unless it is on a sunday

It was a bit of a 'sesh' last night wbm - that much so I fell asleep during the last episode of Luther - must pop over to tv section and see what I missed.
