film locations in brighton

going to be in brighton 26/03/05 and want to visit locations featured in the film quadrophenia can anyone tell me where these locations are?

East Street behind the book shop is the alleyway ;-)

 

The arches where Jim slept with the Rockers is located just to the right of The palace Pier.

 

The Ballroom is (honest) the entrance to the Sealife centre when they approach it....and the inside is the club on the right at the bottom of West Street.

 

On their approach to Brighton they rode across Ditchling Beacon.

 

And when Jimmy (or did he??) rode off the cliff that was Beachy Head 5 or so miles outside before Eastbourne.

 

The Cafe is just below the Pier and the Chip shop (or pie and mash in the film) is at the end of East Street
