Hi Owllady, Looks like you have started at the beginning, so I will start at the end, and maybe we might get a few clues or answers before we meet in the middle. Not sure if you want clues or answers, but I could help you with No. 1, its in the sporting category; and thanks for putting the actual question numbers, it helps a great deal.
The bottom 5 that I need help with are as follows:
125: 1934 GWFO as an A
117: 1984 TWGHAHIRM

110: 1949 CCBTFLC (think its ?? becomes the first ??)

Hi fredbloggs, I am afraid I cant help on your questions as I am finding this quiz pretty hard, but dont want to give up yet as I usually enjoy this quiz setters attempts and as I live in Lincolnshire it is for a very good cause.
If anyone can help with clues or answers it is much appreciated

I shall still send it ,finished or not, just to prove to him that it was difficult and so the charity doesnt suffer
I think it has been typed on a typewriter and printed on a duplicating machine with very little ink
That makes me feel old cos I used to use them when I first worked in an office!!!

and I still used them when I last worked in an office, an imperial typewriter, doing stencils and then running them off on a gestetner duplicator, with those mucky tubes of ink lol. I am sure most of "the regulars" will keep plodding on for the next few weeks.
