Having drugs in your bloodstream (or urine) doesn't count as 'possession' so, as far as the criminal law is concerned, a person who tests 'positive' is not guilty of any offence. (Of course different rules apply to drugs tests by employers, and by sporting bodies, but they come under civil law, nor criminal law).

(beware, childish rants to follow)
He said to me i was a druggie for drinking alcohol and taking parecetamol
so i said well the difference is that i could walk into a police station and get a drug test and not get busted.
he then said he could do the same, so i guess he was right
Thanks again
