He wants them all to have 3 part posh names like Stoke-on-Trent and Eyton-on-Severn. Will this cause a major problem in Liverpool-on-Benefits?

actually its stoke-UPON-trent......
Glasgow -on -whisky, Manchester-in-the-pink, London-on-tenterhooks.
Technically it should be Hereford-On-Wye, if we're going with that theme. But perhaps Hereford-On-Last Legs would be more apt...
