Hi,can anyone help me with this E bay question.I want to be able to stop people with a low or no feedback rating from bidding.A newbie has messed me around on more than one occasion,so I would like to be able to have people with a feedback of 10 or less blocked.
I have looked in seller preferences, but can only find how to block people with a negative feedback,or people who have already bought from me.
I know everyone has to start somewhere, but I have given people a chance more than once, and have been bitten!
Any help would be great,Thanks to all

I don't think you can! Its annoying though when you get messed around. I'm having some bother with an overseas buyer at the moment so can sympathise with you. You are obviously aware that you can block anyone that has given you grief but not random members with a low feedback etc.....unless of course someone else knows differently
Ebay/My Account/Site Preferences/Buyer Requirements/edit ...
Loads of stuff you can change.
That's everything there you can change.
You could always place something in the listing warning about feedback below .. say .. 3, and having no negatives in last ... say ... 6 months.
You can, the text below is copied from Blocking Bidders under the e-Bay help section:
Blocking bidders and buyers

If you know that you don't want to sell to certain eBay members, you can put them on your blocked list. Members on that list will not be able to bid on any of your listings until you remove them from the list. You can block up to 5,000 User IDs.

To add a member to your blocked list:
Go to the Blocking a bidder/buyer page.

Enter the User IDs of the eBay members you wish to block in the text box.

Click the Submit button.

To remove a bidder/buyer from your blocked list, delete the User ID (s) in the text box and click the Submit button.
Note: You should inform the eBay members after lifting the block, so that they can resume bidding on your items.

Thanks all,
Maybe its something E bay should think about introducing,I know about the blocked bidders, but you have to be user specific with that dont you?I just want a general 'anyone with less than 10' for example.Oh well.
Thanks again,at least I know I was reading the instructions properly!
just add a note in your listing saying that low fb bidders will no be allowed...in large letters...that should deter them

You would think so!
Bloomin newbies...I know we where all there once but to mess someones auction up is a bit poo.
There always has to be someone who ruins it for everyone else
