As I type this, a little grey squirrel has just walked past the window and now he's on top of the fence staring in at me....

No... but Chilli con carne is hazardous to the waistline, for the simple reason that you are mixing proteins with complex carbs. I prefer to have either carbs OR proteins.

I put a whole bottle of West Indian Pepper Sauce in :-)))

And a few chopped chillies for good measure.
