It just looks like a bunch of lads sitting down and not causing trouble to me. If you showed a picture of the same lads drinking cider out of a 2 litre bottle and smoking joints whilst abusing passersby then that would be chavvy.

Agree with Daffy.

Whilst I don't like that style of clothing (don't like anything actually that becomes a 'uniform') those lads appear pretty normal and like loads of other kids you see around the town.
