I've only just this minute heard it - The title is "Louie, Louie" - but I really don't know who sings this version. It was an old R&B song way back, then the 'Kingsmen' had a hit with it in the 60's, I believe.

Do you mean the Citroen 3 advert? I think it's called Louie Louie, and if you type that into Google you'll get a wealth of info about the tune - that's if I've got the right one of course!
