Phenolic foam (Celotex / Kingspan) is around 0.020W/mK. High is bad.
I would expect the products that get injected into walls to be similar.
Very doubtful that spending £200 more gains you very much - but you didn't say whether it was £200 in £1000 spend or £200 in £2000 spend.
I'd be more concerned about the quality of the workmanship - do you trust them not to trample all over your flowerbeds and to properly fill in the little holes afterwards without leaving an unsightly mess.
